Every one of our educators is a trained professional with a deep passion for education. Many of our educators have specialized training in fine arts such as music, art and theater.
Alex McDougle
Preschool Teacher
We are excited to have Mrs. Alex as our preschool teacher here at Little Angels LLC. Mrs. Alex has over 11 years’ of experience in childcare. She is currently working on obtaining her CDA through United Way. Mrs. Alex says, “Children are fun. I like to watch them improve and learn.” She enjoys spending time with her family and making people laugh.
Cynthia Tieken
Assistant Director
We are excited to have Mrs. Cindy as the assistant director at Little Angels LLC. Mrs. Cindy has 2 years’ experience in childcare, along with 35 years of management experience. Mrs. Cindy enjoys children’s excitement when they learn new things. Mrs. Cindy enjoys reading, gardening, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. She excels at drawing people and painting with oils.
Dakota Small
Young Preschool Teacher
We are excited to have Miss Dakota on the Little Angels LLC team. Miss Dakota has 3 years’ experience in childcare with 1-year experience being a teacher’s helper in Life Skills at Western Boone Highschool. Miss Dakota enjoys teaching children new things and helping them grow. She enjoys spending time with her family friends.
Holly Maxwell
Director
I am so excited to be part of the Little Angels LLC team. I have over 21 years’ experience in childcare. I always strive to obtain 20 plus hours of professional development each year. I have a bachelor’s in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan along with National director credentials from Aim4Excellence. I enjoy working with children because I take great pride in training our next generation. Children are our future. I enjoy cheering my children in sporting events and dance recitals. I also love talking to people. I excel in science, understanding of age appropriate behaviors and willingness to work with state regulatory agencies.
Kaitlyn Pruett
Preschool Teacher
We are excited to have Mrs. Kaitlyn be a part of our preschool program. Mrs. Kaitlyn has over 8 years of experience in childcare. Mrs. Kaitlyn says, “That children have great personalities and I like to help them learn.” She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Kaitlyn excels in organizational skills
Melissa Small
Infant Teacher
We are excited to have Mrs. Melissa on the Little Angels LLC team. Mrs. Melissa is our infant teacher. She has 12 years’ experience in childcare. Mrs. Melissa is currently working on her CDA from United Way. Mrs. Melissa loves working with children, watching them grow and teaching them. She believes that children are our future and she takes great pride in helping to bring up our next generation. Mrs. Melissa loves spending time with her family, going to mud bogs, and shopping.
Miranda Smith
Lead Preschool Teacher
We are excited to have Miss Miranda here at Little Angels LLC. Miss Miranda is now our lead preschool teacher. She has 10 years’ experience in childcare. Miss Miranda is working hard at earning her associates in early childhood education. Miss Miranda enjoys working with children because it gives her the chance to shape the minds of our future. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys swimming in the summer and building puzzles with her dad in the winter. Miss Miranda excels in organizational skills and classroom management.
Reagan Davis
Two's Teacher
We are excited to have Reagan Davis on the Little Angels LLC team. She has one-year experience in childcare. Mrs. Davis also works at The Black Box with Mrs. Emily Wolfgang and volunteers with the Lebanon Cubbetts. She is excited to begin working on her CDA in the fall. Reagan enjoys working with children and says, “I get to help them grow and figure out this crazy world. They manage to make me smile right when I walk through the door. They love like crazy and put their trust in me. I couldn’t imagine working with children.” When Reagan is not enjoying children either at Little Angels LLC, The Black Box or with the cubbetts she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys photography and painting. Reagan excels at singing and dancing.
Sadie Brogan
Toddler Teacher
We at Little Angels LLC is excited to have Mrs. Sadie come and be a part of our team. Mrs. Sadie is our toddler teacher. She has 10 years’ experience working with children of all ages. She loves watching children grow and learn. She says, “Children are so funny. They will definitely surprise you.” Mrs. Sadie enjoys being outdoors with her family and trying no things. She even won a hula hoop contest one time.
Laney Trent

We are excited to have Laney join Little Angels LLC team. Laney comes to us with 8 year in childcare. She is currently working on her CDA. She loves helping children reach their full potential. Laney enjoys photography and baking.
Lydia Mackinnon
Cook
We are excited to have Lydia join the Little Angels LLC team. Lydia has 10 years in child care experience and she has 13 years in the food service industry. Lydia has a minor in college. Lydia find that working with children is very gratifying and a humbling experience. Lydia enjoys playing sports and reading.
MyKelty (MJ) Strode
Assistant preschool teacher
We are excited to have MJ join Little Angels LLC team. Mj has 4 years in child care. Mj’s favorite thing about teacher children is watching them discover new things, having them ask questions and be able to answer their questions. She loves to see children grow and learn. MJ enjoys hiking, reading, drawing and longboarding.

We believe children construct knowledge (learn) through a wide variety of rich, meaningful experiences with adults, peers and materials. We believe parents are the first and primary teachers of their children. Therefore, parent’s involvement is vital in every aspect of my efforts in each child’s life. We believe that each child and family is unique. By serving the whole family, we are enriching the child’s life as well as developing a positive self-image for the family as a whole.

The Philosophy of Little Angels LLC is to provide an affordable, dependable and safe child care program for parents who need the services of a high-quality daycare center. We are committed to helping each child entrusted in our care to realize how special he/she is within a loving environment.

Our goal at Little Angels LLC is:
